Okay, I agree there are some ridiculous things going on in this map (especially the Celtic Empire title - Cachd tarbh if anything ever was…) Scotland has been called ALBA, a full millenium before Kenneth MacAlpin is alleged to have formed the kingdom. Moreover, Celtiberia is usually considered to be just the northwestern chunk of Spain - whatever has happened to the Basques? However, despite the fact there are sadly no Galatians in Anatolia, its a fairly good approximation of our present day knowledge of the spread of Celtic languages in antiquity… (i.e. of places populated by people who spoke Celtic, not of places populated by some mythical Celtic ‘race.’)
